The winner of the primary Special Project Award is Kensington Primary School Circus Maximus program.
For several years Carl has provided a circus skills program to students at Kensington Primary school. This program is well known across the district for the improvements made to students self esteem, learning outcomes and values development.
Carl recently won a National Excellence in Teaching Award and was selected to be the Australian Ambassador to the NASA Space Camp in Alabama, USA in July 2005. He is acknowledged as a professional of the highest calibre in Australia.
