The Primary Service Excellence Award has been won by
Yale Primary school and was accepted by the school officer
Ms Lyn Newson.

Yale Primary School has recognised the importance of marketing and has been working with the School Marketing team at Central Office.
As a result Yale Primary School has embarked on transforming the School into a customer focussed environment with both physical and cultural changes and clearly it appears to be working.
The front office staff, as the first point of contact with the school, ensure that each and every visitor is greeted with a warm smile and a pleasant greeting.

The administration area of the school was recently renovated and refurbished and the front office staff added wonderful personal touches. A playpen full of toys for small children who accompany their parents on business to the school ensures that not only are the parents warmly welcomed but their children are greeted and made to feel welcome.
