A Core Collection [2003 Edition]
A Core Collection: Recommended Print Resources for Primary School Library Resource Centres is an annotated bibliography for primary school library personnel and provides a selection guide to achieve a balanced, quality collection of resources for new primary school libraries.

A Core Curriculum: Fiction 2003

A Core Curriculum: Nonfiction

The Fiction volume provides a wealth of timeless material that includes books from
our own past, classics, award-winning books and established favourites, as well as new publications and new writers.
The Nonfiction selection demonstrates the need for a balanced representation across the eight Learning Areas in a variety of formats and media types.

The selection guide can also be used in existing library resource centres to provide a quality comparison when weeding the collection or doing an analysis for collection development.
