District Resource Centres

A number of Districts have Resource Centres from which teachers in that district can borrow teaching resources.

Most Centres require schools and teachers to become members and small fees apply. In some Districts, parents and other institutions, including non-government schools, can join and borrow from the collection.

Centre Services
Centre for Inclusive Schooling Library Provides library loan and information services to DET personnel, schools and students with a collection focused on special and adapted student equipment, assistive technology and educational resources, and teaching materials on inclusive practices and the teaching of students with disabilities and learning difficulties.
ESL Resource Centre Provides resources and information to support ESL/ESD and culturally inclusive education programs in primary and secondary public schools across Western Australia
Mid West Education District Resource and Video Centre Offers a comprehensive service for the Mid West (Geraldton) District.
Pilbara Education District Resource Centre Offers educational resources for loan to participating Pilbara schools and organisations.
Swan Education District Resource Centre Offers a comprehensive service for the Swan and surrounding Districts.
