Freda Ogilvie is a Noongar woman from the Ballardong and Whadjuk clans.
"I have been teaching in the Kimberley District for 20 years and returned home to Noongar country as Manager Aboriginal Education in the Albany Education District. I have held a variety of roles in schools including Early Literacy and Numeracy Teacher, Library Resource Teacher, Gifted and Talented Teacher and Indigenous Language Speaking Students Teacher."
