In the Science Learning
Area, the four conceptual outcomes and the process outcome, Investigating,
are assessed. All
students will take part in two 45-minute tests as follows:

Investigating
Approximately
50% of the questions in each assessment will assess student achievement
in the Investigating outcome in the context of the relevant conceptual
outcomes.
