The MSE9 results are reported to schools and parents in November. Reporting to schools occurs at the levels of individual student, class groups and whole cohort.

Reports include

  • An inference of each student’s achievement in relation to the Outcomes and Standards Framework

  • A comparison of each student’s achievement in relation to the state results

  • Information on class strengths and weaknesses

  • The mean and range of class results and of school results, in relation to the state results and the Outcomes and Standards Framework

  • Information on the performance of subgroups of students

  • For WA government schools, information on the school's performance in relation to the Western Australian Government School Achievement Targets (WAGSATs)
