The success of the Follow the Dream: Partnerships for Success (FTD:PFS) Program has led to many post program participants studying and/or developing professions in areas such as law, teaching, engineering and business. Numerous trade and traineeship qualifications have also been obtained.
The Follow the Dream: Partnerships for Success Alumni was launched in December 2008 by a group of ex-FTD:PFS students who developed the concept to support Aboriginal youth achieve success. It is open to any post FTD:PFS program participants who are 18 years old and over.
It is a separate entity from both the Department of Education and Training and the Graham (Polly) Farmer Foundation with governance coming from previous program participants.
