Follow the Dream: Partnerships for Success

Description

The Follow the Dream: Partnerships for Success Program (FTD:PFS) is designed to help aspirant Aboriginal secondary students achieve a successful tertiary destination.

The program operates in 24 sites across Western Australia.  Eleven of these sites work in partnership with The Graham (Polly) Farmer Foundation.

There are approximately 700 students currently receiving this support.

Aspirant Aboriginal students apply to be part of the Program and if they are successful are individually case managed by highly skilled Program Coordinators who have the resources to develop and implement an individual education and career development plan for each student.
