Technology- Data Loggers and Fantastic Probes!!!

Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) are being brought back to life at South Fremantle SHS when Graeme Offer our science HOLA demonstrated the latest equipment in the science department to a group of teachers and VET coordinators on Thursday 13th September, after our Henderson Cluster meeting for the School Pathways Program Defence Industries.

We are so proud at South Fremantle SHS to showcase the latest in data logging equipment for our Physics, Chemistry and Biology upper school courses. Lower School students will now not only have access to the ATSE STELR equipment but will also have access to these Pascoe data loggers. The equipment we have has been used in the experiments integrated into the new text books the school will purchase next year to fully introduce the Australian Curriculum into lower school.

It is so exciting being able to purchase this latest technology. We would like to thank the School Pathways Program Defence Industries for helping supply the funds to enable us to purchase these state of the art data loggers, computers and probes.
