Research and innovation

21st century students want an education that meets their individual needs and connects them globally. This challenges us to use ICT in new and innovative ways to extend teaching and learning opportunities and to improve the learning outcomes of our students.

The Department of Education works in partnership with schools, academics, international experts and developers in a range of ICT Research and Innovation projects, focused on improving leadership and best practice use of ICT in education.

The ICT research and innovation projects inform policy and support best practice which is shared and promoted across WA public schools.
