Country Residential Colleges – celebrating over 50 years of excellence in caring for the country student
From its establishment in 1960, the Country High School Hostels Authority continues to provide a high-quality and reliable boarding service for Western Australian secondary school students who do not live close to a secondary school. The Authority’s eight country residential colleges are situated in major rural centres throughout the State. Working in close partnership with fifteen secondary schools they have provided generations of country Western Australians with access to a high standard of education. Country Residential Colleges provide an exceptional educational opportunity for students who would otherwise have to travel to Perth for a comparable education.
We are understandably proud of our fifty years service to rural Western Australians, and invite you to find out more about country boarding.
DISABILITY ACCESS AND INCLUSION PLAN (DAIP)
The attached DAIP outlines the Country High School Hostels Authority's disability services priorities for the period 2012-2016 and ensures that people with disabilities, their families and carers have the same opportunities as other people to have equal access to our facilities, services and information. This Plan is available upon request, for those with special needs, in alternative formats.
If you wish to provide us with feedback on specific access issues you have encountered with our services, information or facilities, you can report your issue to the Authority on (08) 9264 5434, Freecall 1800 645 212, or by email to email@example.com.
